Query and Report Reset

The Query Reset and Report Reset buttons allow the user to quickly revert or clear their current query selections and changes.

Users often need to "begin again"; either resetting their Discover canvas back to its starting position or reverting it to its last saved state. The reset buttons are found on both the Report and Query ribbons in Discover Pro:

  • Click Query Reset to completely clear the query. For more information, see Query Reset.

  • Click Query Reset > Report Reset to return the open report to its last saved state. For more information, see Report Reset.

Note: In addition to these high-level reset options, you can also undo and reset other changes as you are making them. For more information, see Other Reset Options.
